I've done just about every exercise out there and I still can't feel my back or shoulders in any exercises. I've done everything from side raises, face pulls, OHP, and front raises for shoulders to wide grip lat pulldown, standard lat pulldown, underhand lat pulldown, v grip lat pulldown, lat pullovers (standing), lying lat pullovers, and rows, what could be wrong?
