30-Minute Protein Pasta

Brian Klutch Anchovies contain lots of iron, which helps with the transportation of oxygen throughout the body.  No Directions:  Boil a pot of salted water. Coat sauté pan with olive oil on low heat. Add tomatoes, capers, olives, garlic, ancho- vies, and tuna. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until anchovies melt into sauce. Cook pasta 1 minute less than box instructions. Drain pasta, reserving about 1⁄2 cup of the pasta water. Put pasta back in pot on low; add 2 tbsp pasta water and sauce and stir to coat, adding more pasta water if needed for desired consistency. Powerlifting Legend Konstantin Konstantinov Dies at Age 40

This past Sunday, October 28, Instagram posts began to circulate announcing the death of famed powerlifter Konstantin Konstantinov, though the exact cause of death is not known. Konstantinov is widely regarded as one of the best powerlifters of all time, with a drug-tested, raw deadlift of 906 pounds and a total [the added weight of the bench press , squat , and deadlift] of 2,217 pounds in the 308-pound weight class. Without a doubt, his best lift (and arguably the best lift ever in strength sports) is Konstantinov’s 939-pound deadlift, done completely raw—no suit, no straps, and no belt. Lightheaded during Back workouts

For the past few weeks, I've been getting lightheaded during all bent-over exercises. Especially on bent over T-bar rows. I keep my breathing in sync with my workout, and my form seems correct. For the past few weeks, I've been getting lightheaded during all bent-over exercises. Especially on bent over T-bar rows. I keep my breathing in sync with my workout, and my form seems correct. I've done just about every exercise out there and I still can't feel my back or shoulders in any exercises. Eating question

Hey guys quick question/observation... I’m fairly new to barbell lifting. Did calisthenics for years and made the switch about 6 months ago. I’m 37m about 190lbs and 5’11. My upper body is much stronger than my lower body due to my background so squats are my weakest lift right now... 225x5ish... but bench and deadlift are both relatively intermediate. Anyway, put on 10 lbs in 6 months... definitely mostly muscle, but I’d like to slim down a few lbs as I’m getting married in a month. I tried the whole intermittent fasting thing but holy shit did my lifts go down and I was feeling really worn down. I was eating about 2000 calories at night, went to my job, in a fasted state, fasted all day (ate an apple at most) went to the gym in a fasted state and then ate like a ravenous bull after working out. I did lose weight doing this for two weeks, but I felt like shit. Mentally, physically, etc.. Fast forward to this weekend.. I just ate everything in sight. It was glorious. Lol Toda

Should I quit bodybuilding?

Aight bros and broettes, need some serious help right now. I've literally stopped caring about the way I look. About 11 months ago I went through a really shitty break up (check my post history if you're curious) and after that I threw myself into bodybuilding. It really helped me focus on something other than what happened. I was going the whole 9 yards - eating 6-7 times a day, cardio twice a day, full on monk mode. Then one day I just sorta... stopped caring. I realised that modern bodybuilding is so much about online presence, subjective perceptions and other views of you that I didn't want to do it any more. I abandoned hermit mode, got a sick new job and London and moved here in June. I've tried to stick to the gym while I've been here and I go through random spurts of motivation but I just can't get back into that groove I had earlier this year. I've lost my goal to be a bodybuilder and now I've slacked so much it seems further away than ever

Is there anything I can do to fix a fully overdeveloped asymmetrical right side of the body?

Is there anything I can do to fix it? I don't know where else to ask this but basically it's been causing me nosebleeds for years, muscle asymmetry and it's making me really down and I have no idea where to turn. If anything, it's hard for me to gain muscle. People say IF boosts testosterone and growth hormones so it's also beneficial for gaining muscle. Is there anything I can do to fix a fully overdeveloped asymmetrical right side of the body?

Is there anything I can do to fix it? I don't know where else to ask this but basically it's been causing me nosebleeds for years, muscle asymmetry and it's making me really down and I have no idea where to turn. Is there a workout app that lets you take pictures of equipment?

I'm an old, old, old school gym rat who finally decided to try and see what's all the hype with these mobile phones and apps things that all the kids are raging about. I tried a few but the one thing that gets on my nerves is trying to find the correct machine from the menu choices in the app. Does anyone know an app that lets you take pics of the equipment your working on and then adding sets and weight. I don't need any bells and whistles, just a simple calendar log and the picture option. Elbow can only bend 90 degrees

hello internet. My elbow was fractured and i had to wear a cast for 5 months when was at a much younger age at 13/14. I'm now 31 years old. 6'3" 170 lbs Mostly lean muscular body. Wanted to get into weight lifting so I did. I noticed I have had to eat an absolutely ridiculous amount of food. Ive done research and eat primarily good carbs and protein. But Is this normal? Is there a way to lower the amount of food I consume but still be able to gain strength and physique? I noticed I have had to eat an absolutely ridiculous amount of food. Ive done research and eat primarily good carbs and protein. But Is this normal? Is there a way to lower the amount of food I consume but still be able to gain strength and physique? Steroid tips?

Hey. I’m 18 and I’ve been working out for three years and pretty intesively too. I’ve gained a lot of size and muscle, but I’m getting ready for doing a cycle pretty soon. I felt like I have done what I want naturally, which was my goal before even considering hitting the steroids. So it’s the sideeffects which scares me, - as it does with the most. Is there any specific type of steroid you would recommend me to be healthier/less riskier than others? I don’t know a whole lot about steroids yet, but I’ve started my research and I would like to have some help with this. Also I’m not planning a huge cycle. I was thinking 8weeks on, then go off for two months, to then hit a period with 12weeks on and 3 months of, then relapse on a 4week cycle and say myself done for the year.
