Is there a workout app that lets you take pictures of equipment?

I'm an old, old, old school gym rat who finally decided to try and see what's all the hype with these mobile phones and apps things that all the kids are raging about.
I tried a few but the one thing that gets on my nerves is trying to find the correct machine from the menu choices in the app.
Does anyone know an app that lets you take pics of the equipment your working on and then adding sets and weight.
I don't need any bells and whistles, just a simple calendar log and the picture option.
