Lightheaded during Back workouts
For the past few weeks, I've been getting lightheaded during all bent-over exercises. Especially on bent over T-bar rows. I keep my breathing in sync with my workout, and my form seems correct. Even if I go lightweight I get lightheaded, dizzy and my heartbeat increases rapidly. Any tips?
