Intermittent fasting yes or no?
I've been researching this topic and watching videos. It seems like people seeking to lose weight benefit the most from IF. I don't have an issue with weight. If anything, it's hard for me to gain muscle. People say IF boosts testosterone and growth hormones so it's also beneficial for gaining muscle. Am I better off eating throughout the day or only from 1PM-9PM. My goal is 2,700 calories/day.
