constant tension vs full range

Ok so im not talking about half reps, rather keeping constant tension on the muscle, instead of letting the muscle rest before performing another set. This should be better for hyperthropy than doing straight reps should it not? for example stopping right before touching the chest on bench and not pushing untill your arms are straight, and not going all the way up on squats, rather stopping short legs becoming straight taking the tension of the legs. What do you guys think of this way of lifting? Having a hard time finding a program

I’m trying to cut and can’t find a good program. Where do you guys find lifting programs? Every time I google I just get bodybuilding.com programs which according to reddit are apparently all BS. My main priority is to prevent muscle imbalance, so a workout plan that utilizes a wide variety of workouts is best for me. I’m also cutting so something on that gets me lean. I found Stoppani’s 6-weeks to getting shred. 6 weeks seems like an awfully short time. What’s the consensus on this plan? If not, any alternatives? I’m trying to cut and can’t find a good program.
