You start with two stabilized exercises performed under control: hanging leg raises and walking lunges . Then finish with a pair of explosive moves : clapping pushups and squat jumps. Doc crew is asking him how he feels about competitors saying he is going to get injured again if he keeps training the way he does, he says something like "i havn't been injured in the gym since 2003" - stirs his horse and gallops like 50 feet and the thing fucking bucks him off and he hits the ground. Advice on a 6 day per week gym routine?

So for about 2 years now I have been doing 4 days a week of heavy lifting upper/lower (upper 2x a week, lower 2x a week, some random ab and extra glute stuff thrown in). Anyways, I've built a lot of strength and I'm ready to try something more intense. I want to lift 5 or preferably 6 days a week. I've always been too lazy to try something more complex than upper/lower. Any advice? I'm a female btw. I don't know if that's at all relevant. Going from a bulk a cut and back to a bulk?

Alright so when I started lifting I had a hard time eating enough- mainly forcing myself to eat breakfast. I’ve eventually gotten accustomed to eating breakfast and enough calories I need to pack on weight. I’m now about to go a cut and basically I’m going to skip breakfast and do fasted cardio, because from I’ve heard that an efficient way to burn body fat. When I go back to start bulking again, will I have a hard time forcing myself to get back into eating breakfast again? If so do you all have any tips and/or suggestions ? I worked to hard to get myself used to eating breakfast and a surplus to calories, I’m nervous it’ll be rough again. But inconvenience is no reason not to lunge with a barbell, especially when the barbell lunge offers two major advantages to lifters: It allows you to go heavier than you can with dumbbells because grip strength is not a factor. Your upper body is more engaged as you support the bar on your back. Once you get comfy with the barbell lunge, try the intense workout below. Perform the following three exercises as a circuit in a 21-15-9 scheme; 21 reps of everything the first time through (rowing should be measured in calories burned—a standard Concept2 rower will measure this), then do 15 reps/calories of all exercises, then 9. Took Home First in Men's Classic Physique Division "B" at 19 Years Old!

I've been training for 7-8 years prior to this so the build up was crazy! What stopped me the most was the nerves of having to pose by myself but once I was out there it felt so natural and now I'm hooked! I only had a 12 week prep because I met my coach at my gym after seeing each other train for many years and it was a "if you do the show I'll do the show" kind of deal. We both worked so hard for the event and if anyone needs online coaching contact @lloydcostello87 on instagram, he's an absolute guru and knows what he's talking about! My write up is extremely vague
