Advice on a 6 day per week gym routine?
So for about 2 years now I have been doing 4 days a week of heavy lifting upper/lower (upper 2x a week, lower 2x a week, some random ab and extra glute stuff thrown in). Anyways, I've built a lot of strength and I'm ready to try something more intense. I want to lift 5 or preferably 6 days a week. I've always been too lazy to try something more complex than upper/lower. Any advice? I'm a female btw. I don't know if that's at all relevant.
