Going from a bulk a cut and back to a bulk?
Alright so when I started lifting I had a hard time eating enough- mainly forcing myself to eat breakfast. I’ve eventually gotten accustomed to eating breakfast and enough calories I need to pack on weight. I’m now about to go a cut and basically I’m going to skip breakfast and do fasted cardio, because from I’ve heard that an efficient way to burn body fat.
When I go back to start bulking again, will I have a hard time forcing myself to get back into eating breakfast again? If so do you all have any tips and/or suggestions ? I worked to hard to get myself used to eating breakfast and a surplus to calories, I’m nervous it’ll be rough again.
