Having a hard time finding a program
I’m trying to cut and can’t find a good program. Where do you guys find lifting programs? Every time I google I just get bodybuilding.com programs which according to reddit are apparently all BS.
My main priority is to prevent muscle imbalance, so a workout plan that utilizes a wide variety of workouts is best for me. I’m also cutting so something on that gets me lean.
I found Stoppani’s 6-weeks to getting shred. 6 weeks seems like an awfully short time. What’s the consensus on this plan? If not, any alternatives?
