Lost weight but I look fatter
I went from 74kg to 71.5kg but I seem to look fatter. I've been working out consistently (3-4 times a week) and have been lifting heavier than before so muscle mass loss is not the case. Does anyone know why that is? I'm 17 and intermittent fasting if that helps.
