Add size to these chicken legs!?!
Yo, I’m 21, 6’3”, been working out/bodybuilding for 3-4 years now. My first year was spent more on upper body and then I realized I needed to do legs too. Since then I’ve been hitting legs hard; twice a week most of the time. Usually start with back or front squats and move to the usual leg day routine. I’ve worked from moving 225x6 to 315x6 but my legs still look like damn sticks. People ask me if I need help when I load 315 on the bar because my legs look so small.
How can I add girth/size to my quads, because I’m not worried about moving much weight anymore. I want big ass quads!?!
