How many calories can you cut before sleep is affected?
Yesterday I ate 2200 cals and estimate I burned 3300. Have been consuming approx 2800 for past 3 weeks. I woke up twice during the night and had some fruit and fell asleep approx 30 mins later each time. I use fruit because I've heard your body wakes you up due to hypoglycemia.
Im guessing this will vary greatly between individuals, how large of a caloric deficit can you run before you're waking up during the night? If you don't eat, how else do you cope?
