How do I stop using my quads so much?
I have some very sleepy glutes. After years of running they have caught up with me, and caused some issue (rotated sacrum and APT). I am working on building them however I have extremely strong quads and they just take over on most exercises I do. How can I work around this? Any tip and exercise suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Also, what’s your “go to” glute exercise?
