Best workout app?
I’ve been using CoachBot and found it be great but am now plateauing with my gains. My body comp changes regularly but find I drop weight and muscle mass the second I stop working out and stuffing my face with food.
I’m 42, 6’2”, 90kgs and have run a couple of cycles of SARMS (MK & LGD mostly) and found them to be great for gains, I’d also try Peptides but know very little about them.
I find it hard to bulk up and keep the size on.
I’m looking for advice on the best workout apps that you’ve tried/using which have workout plans and allow you keep track of your workouts. Nutrition advice would be an added bonus. Happy to pay for it so it doesn’t have to be free just as long as it actually works and assists with getting some good size.
Appreciate any advice.
