Where can I find tips that come from wisdom and experience like "try to touch your pinky to your delt in a curl" or remove your hip flexors from crunches?

I've picked up some of these things from a few years lifting, but its always best in life to find someone who is very experienced and have them mentor you to get better faster.

I was wondering if there was a book or resource where bodybuilding wisdom and tips were gathered? Things like I mentioned in the title, or things like tempo, mind muscle connection, etc.

Is Arnold's Encyclopedia filled with these kinds of things? Is there a better resource?
