What supplements do you use?
I use creatine, protein, multivitamin (OT), fish oil and some sleepmode pills. I’m not sure if I should invest into other supps, pre-workouts and caffeine pills sound pretty fun. I’m curious to hear what supplements you use and what are your experiences with them. Cheers
