I bloated to 272 lbs to see the impact on my test levels

I essentially bloated up to 272 LBS to conduct an experiment on testosterone levels and weight.

I spent all of 2016 and 2017 taking my body weight from 230 to 272. I briefly hit 271 to 272 for a week I think somewhere around October. For the most part all of last year I was 265 or so.

Here's a video of the posing at 6'0 and 268.

Yeah I look big but it's literally all fat and extra water weight.

I'm now back down between 235 and 241. The goal here was to do everything the same. Eat the same. Lift the same. Same reps and same repetitions.

In conclusion of the experiment here are the key factors.

I am now WEAKER at 235-241 than I was at 235-241 around 2 years ago. I'm lifting on average 25 pounds less on everything.

I only lifted more weight at 265 to 271 due to shortening up my leverages in my arms and legs and due to the mass moves mass theory.

My testosterone levels are at a lower level now at the same exact body weight that they were 2 years ago due to having excessive belly fat. So yes the theory that belly fat decreases testosterone levels is TRUE.

Those are the 3 main factors of the experiment.

To go into more detail on a few of them.

I conducted an experiment on the hack squat machine.

My hack squat went from doing 560 pounds at like 268 or something like that to now only being able to do 455 to 465 at 235-241.

Meaning that each 25 pounds of weight gain equals about 100 pounds more that you can do on the hack squat machine. It's exponential at this point.

The more weight you gain the more you shorten up the leverages in your legs by shortening up the range of motion thus allowing you to lift more.

Any person would assume since I was basically doing 2 times body weight on hack squats the entire time that an additional 25 pounds in weight gain would equal roughly 50 pounds more done on the hack squat.

That's not the situation. What happens is when you gain weight, you're actually making your leverages shorter and your hack squat now grows exponentially due to that.

Yeah there are other factors that go into this. But for the most part i'm going with majority wins factors. Meaning that i'm taking the highest percentage factors and calculating everything by that. Meaning the factors that take the biggest portion of the pie.

So in reality I wasn't stronger. I only lifted more weight because of shortened leverages. The only thing I did was cover up all of my natural muscle with fat. That's it. My stomach looked like 2 basketballs were in it.

And I gained so much weight that my testosterone levels are in recovery mode right now.

Every single time my weight went up on the scale I got a dumb ego boost. I felt like I was getting stronger. But I was only adding water weight and fat. That's it.

I might have gained a bit of muscle but what's the point when I didn't even look muscular? I just looked bloated. My stomach stuck out the entire time. I was probably 25 percent bodyfat. I can admit that even I was in denial of the weight gain. Every time the scale said 253, 257, 261, 265, 267, 271, I started thinking about the movie Rocky when Drago was hitting the bag and it said 1850, 1990, 2045, and then he hits it one more time and it says 2150.

I literally took my weight gain as getting stronger. But I wasn't. I was just getting fatter. That's it.

So now I know how overweight people think. They think that the more they weigh the stronger they are.

I felt as if since I weighed 271 to 272 that I was stronger than Vernon Davis because I passed him up in weight. Which is just complete bull crap. Davis was like 5 percent bodyfat at 265. I was 25 percent body fat at 265-271.

So the saying quality over quantity really does mean something here as well.

Now I know how overweight bloated 65 year olds think. They think that just because they are 275 pounds of fat that they are stronger. That's not the case. It's all just leverages. Shortening up leverages doesn't technically make you stronger or fitter. If it really did then why am I lifting less at the same exact body weight that I was from 2 years ago? Exactly. It's not actually your muscles getting stronger. It's just mass moves mass.

I can't imagine how many dislikes I would get now since i'm only doing 455 on the hack squat machine with my feet at the bottom in the same exact position and pausing it. I'm nowhere near that 560 level that I reached at 265-271.

And that 555 video that I posted got like 89 percent dislikes on it.

Bob digital couldn't even do more than 560 under my exact specifications. But what does my 560 even matter at this point if I did it at 25 percent body fat ? Who cares about it? It really doesn't even matter.

Cliff notes:

Bloating to a higher weight naturally only decreases your testosterone due to excessive belly fat.

There's really no point to a bloat and then a cut.
