How to prepare my body for an event at night?
I know the drill for preparing for a photo shoot; load up carbs and drink a fuck tonne of water the day before, fast drink minimal water during photo day etc etc etc (I actually drank a lot of alcohol the night before a shoot once and I would recommend it if it's a last minute thing).
Except my problem is that it's not a day shoot. My event starts from around 10pm till 3am. So instead of of fasting till like 11am or 12 midday, I will be having to fast and drink no water till 3am. This isn't realistic at all.
I will not be as lean as I am at 7am, but what can I do to mitigate the water and food gain on my belly throughout the day
What are your suggestions for keeping as lean as possible from the hours of 10pm till 3am.
