Gym
I’ve been going to gym recently, I’m a complete noob. I have been doing all the machines (legs biceps triceps abs shoulder chest etc) in one session (1 day). I would take a break the next day and continue on the day after that day.
Recently I learnt that it’s not the right way, I should do 2 different muscle groups per day.
Is that true? If so, how should I do it?
I’m new, I’m 170cm talk weighing about 51.8 KG, yes I’m skinny.
