Should I cut or bulk after being sick/injury (regaining lost muscle)
Hi everyone,
I have a question about regaining lost muscle. I have had a broken hand and have been sick so, I haven't trained in a total of 5 weeks. I lost about 4kg of weight (probably muscle). Before those 5 weeks it was my plan to cut for the summer until I got an injury. If I cut I can't regain the amount of muscle lost, and will lose even more, right? Man this is demotivating.
So what is the best thing to do now? I actually want to get back the muscle I lost but I'm also too high in bodyfat (+- 20%). I'm in a huge dillema...
