Not Gaining weight on 3000 - 4000 calorie per day

I'm hoping to get some advice to help me gain weight. 25 year old male, currently 5'10" 150 lbs. I eat between 3000 and 4000 calories per day, consisting of eggs, chicken, fish, burgers, brown rice, veggies. I drink an 800 calorie smoothie daily at work (banana, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, spinach kale, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond milk.

At night I drink a 1100 calorie gainer protein shake made by Bodytech. I max out on pizza once per week. I just started adding 5 grams of creatine per day to my preworkout.

Lifting 5 - 6 x per week including Deadlifts, squats, bench press, rows, pullups, lat pull downs, etc.

Any tips on things I can do differently? I have a lot of food sensitivities so some easy calorie foods such as pb&j are not an option for me.

Appreciate your help, Thanks!
