Help with TDEE calculations
So I recently used a TDEE calculator to get a good idea of how many calories I should be eating to lose weight. I’m 5’7” 190 lbs and my BMR was 1790. If I wanted to lose 1.5lbs a week should I drop my calories down to 1450? Thank you
