Form check (S/DL) [M][137lbs][19][5”10] and corrective measures+program?

When I go heavy on squat my knees try to converge no matter how hard I focus on my form, is this a joint problem, skeletal or muscular problem? Would it help to do hip abduction exercises? Or should I just go back to lighter weight and work my way back up?
I have no confidence in my deadlift as I’ve gotten tons of mixed feedback and conflicting advice.
And as far as a program: I’ve just been working out with no real program. All I know is I have an assload of free time, like I could spend 2 hours in the gym every day kind of free time. And I want to, it’s super easy the gym is right across the street. I just don’t know what I could possibly do for 2 hours?? I need a program that will take advantage of my empty schedule.
