Feel like I'm not gaining muscle
I have gained 10lb of weight in the last 6 months (130 - 140), and I have been lifting as well. I am seeing some fat accumulating around my stomach and maybe some muscle growth, however my lifts have not increased by much at all. I have not been following a strict gym routine, however I try to do a push pull legs every week, with about 15 sets per workout. Admittedly, I have skipped more leg sessions than not. How do I fix what I'm doing to gain more muscle?
