Confused about calories and fat loss?
I am currently building muscle but im flabby (23% BF). It is to my under standing that i have to maintain a calorie surplus to gain muscle. However i would like to do some HIT cardio burn off my love handles. Will doing the cardio just burn calories and defeat the point of eating the extra calories to gain muscle or burn fat ? Thanks for your help
