Anyone successfully transform back with bad genetics (fatty, rounded, narrow sloping shoulders) into an awesome back?
I see pics of bodybuilders before they got big and you can tell their back genetics are good from the start. Even before they started lifting their backs had little fat on them, wide shoulders, and good muscle insertions. So it makes sense that they develope these beautiful ripped backs.
I have bad back genetics myself. Lots of fat stored at the love handles and behind my shoulder and armpits. I also don’t have broad shoulders, my shoulders slope down and are not wide. Honestly my back looks fucking stupid. Anyone overcome this problem and get and KEEP a lean shredded back. back photo
