Any advice on how to even out my muscles?
First off I’ll say that I did read the rules and that if this isn’t allowed mods delete it but I thought this was the best place to ask cause it’s a bit of a strange question. So for a while I’ve noticed that my left shoulders and especially traps are much smaller than on the right side so I’ve been doing a lot of excercise focusing on just my left shoulder but it doesn’t seem to really be working and in fact the gap in size seems to get even worse so I was wondering if anyone here had any advice on how to sort this out.
