Supplements to add to Pre or Post Workout?
I currently use Ghost as my Pre-Workout and I add some creatine into it as a friend said I should to bulk up. I was wondering if anyone knew of some weight loss or faster fat burning additives to Pre-Workout? Not gonna lie I’m a bit of a chubby guy. I haven’t really made progress on my weight but I’ve hit some crazy numbers for lifts.
