Strength loss after deloading-Any tips?

Hey guys, looking for some tips/advice as to what might be causing my loss in strength & how I can continue progressing in the gym.

Some background: I'm a relatively new lifter. For the last year or so I've been running a linear PPL split, and its been going great up until about a month ago, when my lifts stalled across the board, and then even started regressing a bit. After this, I decided to go ahead and give my body a break by taking a deload week (decreasing working weights by 50%).

Its been about a week now since my deload ended and my lifts have dropped significantly and don't seem to be going back up. For example, weeks prior to my deload I was hitting 190lbs on bench for a 5x5, and today I struggled to hit 160, had to drop the weight down to 155 to complete the remaining 2 sets.

What's stumped me is that nothing has changed. My diet & protein intake has been the same, besides eating a bit more over the holidays, I'm sleeping 7-8 hours a night and I feel like I'm recovered. (No tiredness/aches/fatigue like when I was regressing prior to deload)

Anyways, I'm hoping its just me getting detrained or something that will cause my strength to bounce back quickly over time. Is it possible that I need to swap programs.. or even take more time off? Would appreciate any ideas as to what it might be.

Thanks guys
