(Request) Bodybuilding tips for beginner?
No idea where to start. I am a 25 year old male, 5’3, 115-120 pounds. I fluctuate between that daily. I have been building up stamina just to get used to working out.
Recently underwent Surgery for Renal Cancer, had a kidney removed. I’d like to be in shape since I am no longer fatigued every day.
Where should I start? I have a fast metabolism. I do 20-30 of cardio, then 20-30 minutes of lifting, for about a month. Have barely seen results. I don’t want to be super bulky, I like my physique now, I’d just like to have it be more defined and a bit bigger.
Maybe I am not eating enough? I eat around 2000 calories, but even that’s hard for me to meet daily.
If someone could point me in the direction of body building basics. That’d be swell.
