new at the gym
Hello everybody!
I'm a 16 year old boy who started going to gym 4 months ago because I'm skinny and I dont feel good inside my body. I tried to get more fat on myself but that is imppssible so I started body building. I cant put the daily 100g protein into my body with meat so I'm thinking about getting whey protein. I would drink the whey protein after the workouts (3 times a week, 60minutes) and that be 30g powder and 200ml water (I read this on internet).
Whey protein affects my health or do any harm to me?
