Help needed transitioning from muscle building to cutting.
Next week I switch from my mass program to my cutting program. This means going from sets of 4-6 to sets of 10-15. I’ve always had issues going about the correct weight in my first few weeks of my cut. Is there a calculator or calculation that would make this easier?
