Does this Helms program seem to have very low volume?
Biting the bullet and going to the Novice bodybuilding program from the muscle and Strength Pyramid books while I enter a lean gaining phase as I'm trying to get my muscle back from being anorexic. I'd like to get a physique like the guy in the picture in the link on the website in the link I provided.
Does this Helms program seem to have very low volume when Wernbom suggests 40-70 reps per muscle group per session?
