David Laid DUP routine training days? (question)
If anyone has knowledge on David's program, On what days should I train with the DUP program? Is it like, legs #1 (monday), push #1 (tuesday), pull #1 (wednesday), (rest day), legs #2 (friday), push #2 (saturday), pull #2 (sunday), (rest day), repeat? or those 6 days in a row and sunday rest? I don't have a clue about the days to perform these workouts on. Help would be appreciated!
