What could cause the left oblique to over activate during squats and other heavy lifts?
My left oblique does this all the time. I did squats 2 days a go and now I have really bad DOMS in it but not in my abs or right side.. My right oblique and rectus abdominal isn't as defined as my left side. Even though I'm right handed.
Any suggestion could really help me out.
