How to deal with feelings of guilt and failure?
I started being clean and sober this gym, started lifting at the same time. For 6 months had steady progress and everyone pointed out that I looked bigger, slender, stronger.
I relapsed back to abuse for 2 months. Lost 10 pounds. My 5RMs decreased by 20 to 30 pounds. I am starting to regain appetite, mostly feel nauseous.
Lifting again slowly but I feel guilty about having lied to myself. This has happened before,only this is the firdt time I willingly quit using without having hit a new rock bottom.
