Bigger arms. Training every day vs 12-15 sets per week per group.
Hey guys — I was wondering if any of you had some information on training arms every day versus only doing 12-15 sets per week.
A ton of anecdotes on here say train them every day for massive gains but then a lot science says anything above 10-12 sets of biceps and 12-15 sets of triceps per week is the maximum that can be done without over training.
Another interesting piece of information is that some people claim that the increased “size” from training arms every day is just inflammation. Does anyone have thoughts on this??
