About to start bulking, do my macros look correct?

Hi all,

I'm about to start bulking and used this guide for my macro and calorie calculation, which based them off my lean body mass.

My stats:

  • Male
  • 176 lbs, 20% bodyfat, LBM = 145 lbs

I workout pretty hard about 6 days a week. My macros that I calculated:

  • Protein: 144 g
  • Fat: 94 g
  • Carbs: 489 g
  • Calories: 3378

The protein amount is 1 lb/lean body mass. It seems kind of low to me, yet again, I've always screwed up on my bulk and never got big for years. Are these numbers looking right? Is that protein amount too low or looking right? And holy shit, so many carbs???

Would love a second set of eyes for feedback.

PS: I posted this on /r/gainit but got like 0 constructive advice. Pure cancer. Figured this community is more reliable haha
