Casual form of "Peak Week"?...
Hi Long time lurker, first time posting.
I'm by no means a proffesional BodyBuilder nor do i plan to get on stage/on a photoshoot.
However, I don't take photo's often but for the first time in my 3 years of lifting i have a feeling that i finally have enough muscle to get a good picture after my cut. I've been cutting for a while now and have about 2 weeks to go. I just want to take a good picture for myself and want to be in absolute top-condition for this.
My question: I know about Peak Week and i know how it works. But as I'm doing this cut/making this photo purely for myself, i was wondering it there is any light form of a peak week some of you guys use in the last week(s) of your cut?
Maybe only deloading/loading on carbs? Without watching your sodium and water etc? I'm just looking for something to give me that final push without going to extreme like people do for photoshoots/comps.
Hopefully I'm asking this in the right sub!
