Strength training or muscle building?
I am 19, male. Height : 185 cm, weight : 75kg. I am skinny fat at around 20-25% body fat. I started eating more by having a slight caloric surplus and was wondering should I try to get stronger or build my muscles? I am weak right now as I started working around 4 months ago and couldn’t decide exactly what I wanted so it’s been a slow process and I haven’t really improved.
