More strength after vacation?
I've come back to the gym after 10 days of vacation (no workout at all) and while I thought to have less strength I actually noticed that I managed to lift more than I used to.
Someone said to me that it has something to do with the cortisol levels but can someone explain me this in detail?
Does this mean that I should rest more? I usually do lift 3 days, cardio/abs 2 days and rest the other 2.
