How to build THICC legs?
For starters, I’m built like a stick (188cm, around 70kg) and my legs look fucking ridicolous in tight pants. Front to back they’re built pretty ok, but sideways they’re super skinny. I rarely skip legs, but should I just add another leg day to my workout plan?
